FAQs
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
Both! I offer in-person sessions in London, Ontario, out of my home-based office in the Northeast end of the city (near Adelaide & Fanshawe Park Rd). Secure virtual sessions are for residents of Ontario, Canada. All sessions are by appointment only.
How much does therapy cost?
Sessions are $150 per hour, and the number of sessions required varies from person to person. I work with you to develop a treatment plan that suits your needs, schedule, and budget. Direct billing is available with select insurance providers, and I offer a dedicated number of sliding scale spaces - please ask if this may help support your care.
